Zhu Yanyi kicked the last attacker away, then let out a long breath. "Good. I feel much better now."

Qin Tianxiang moved in to restrain the men. At the same time, Luo Kun’s side was also secured. All four attackers were captured. Just then, the screech of car brakes echoed nearby. Yan Aohan hurried out of the vehicle and walked straight to Zhu Yanyi. He scanned her up and down, ensuring she was unharmed, before his gaze shifted to the four captives. A flash of killing intent crossed his eyes, but it vanished quickly.

"Luo Gang, take them away and interrogate them thoroughly," he ordered calmly.

Luo Gang nodded. With Yan Aohan present, they had no reason to stay. He led the prisoners away immediately.

"Are you okay?" Yan Aohan asked. He needed her confirmation.

"I’m fine. Why did you come?" Zhu Yanyi recalled how abruptly she had entered.

Yan Aohan didn’t answer directly. Instead, he said softly, "Tonight, I’ll take you back to the residential compound. Tomorrow morning, I’ll drive you here." Seeing her hesitation, he added, "I don’t know if there are more enemies. I need to handle things tonight so it’s safe for you to come tomorrow."

Zhu Yanyi thought about it. It was a good idea. She also had some questions for Yan Aohan. So, she nodded. "I’ll tell my roommates."

"Okay." Yan Aohan was pleased. He hoped Zhu Yanyi would make more friends. Students at the Military Medical Affiliated High School were generally talented. If they were useful to him, he didn’t mind them getting along.

Zhu Yanyi went over to speak with Luo Kun and the others, then got into Yan Aohan’s car. They drove away.

"That person…" Luo Kun watched the car disappear from the campus, her expression thoughtful.

"What about him? Do you know him, Luo Kun?" Zheng Feier asked curiously.

Luo Kun smiled faintly. "Maybe I’m mistaken. There’s a legend in the Beijing military compounds about a man who terrifies everyone when mentioned. But he shouldn’t be here. I probably saw wrong."

"Never mind. If you’re curious, ask Zhu Yanyi when she comes back tomorrow," Zheng Feier said directly.

Luo Kun laughed. "Right. We’ll ask when she returns."

"What do you think those four attackers were?" Hui Junlan pondered. "And I noticed Zhu Yanyi seemed to have bodyguards, though they were hidden. What is her real identity?"

"Ask her when she’s back," Ma Yaya answered simply. Since they didn’t know, waiting was the best option.

The four exchanged glances and laughed. Luo Kun smiled as she spoke. "Aren’t you three afraid?"

"I was scared when the shooting started," Ma Yaya admitted honestly. "But after seeing your skills and Zhu Yanyi’s, I became curious instead of afraid."

"I think Zhu Yanyi’s skills are just as good as yours, Luo Kun. Maybe you two should fight sometime," Zheng Feier teased, urging Luo Kun on.

"I have no objection," Luo Kun said. She enjoyed having a worthy opponent. Days without a challenge were lonely. Besides, she liked Zhu Yanyi. If they had similar skills, it would be even better.
