Zhu Yanyi smiled as she got back into Yan Aohan’s car. Yan Aohan had seen her performance at the press conference. He said, "Doumiao arrives tomorrow. Do you want to go pick her up?"
"Will people notice?" Zhu Yanyi asked directly.
"You can stay in the car. I’ll have Luo Gang and the others go. Once they get in, you’ll see Doumiao," Yan Aohan smiled. It wasn’t hard to solve.
"Okay. I don’t have much to do lately anyway." She had things to do back home.
"Ani, you’ve made a name for yourself. What’s your plan next?" Yan Aohan looked at her.
Zhu Yanyi knew she meant her future plans. She had thought she’d take it slow, but now she realized that wouldn’t work. She thought for a moment, then said seriously, "When I go back, I’ll apply to skip grades and take this year’s college entrance exam."
Yan Aohan nodded. "Even if you get into university, no one dares teach you. Your medical skills are beyond what most can teach."
Zhu Yanyi knew her situation. "After entering university, I’ll apply for graduation exams and graduate school exams." Her identity was different now; staying quiet as a student wouldn’t be easy. "But my goal is the Military Medical University. I wonder if they’ll accept me."
Yan Aohan chuckled. "Don’t worry. With your skills, they’ll beg you to join even if you don’t want to go." Political checks mattered less than talent, something Yan Aohan saw more clearly than Zhu Yanyi. "After getting into university, I suggest you take a leave of absence. First, you can focus on your research. Second, you can travel and gain experience. If you must study, enroll next year. A year away will fade your fame slightly. Actually, I suggest resting for two years."
Zhu Yanyi tilted her head. "Isn’t it better to apply for graduation exams directly?"
"That works too, but apply next year," Yan Aohan said with a smile. "You’ll be sixteen next year. After graduating, take the graduate exam. Use this year to focus on your Body Insight Machine research and treating Chun Lao. Also, discuss with the university about helping them train students. This way, you’ll pass the graduate assessment smoothly next year."
Zhu Yanyi didn’t see the benefit. Yan Aohan said calmly, "China is establishing a peacekeeping force this year. You can join to gain experience. But during this year, I must intensify your training."
Zhu Yanyi wasn’t a weakling. She wouldn’t just let her protect her. Though she wanted to, she knew her character; she wouldn’t accept it. So, her only option was to train her. With self-defense skills, she could rest easier.
Zhu Yanyi looked at her. She knew about the peacekeeping force but hadn’t expected her support. "Aren’t you afraid I’ll be in danger in war?"
"Yes," Yan Aohan said seriously. "That’s why I must train you intensively. Your internal energy has reached the Hidden Force stage. I hope this year’s special training will help you enter the Transformation Force stage."
