"Little Yan, you are so useless," Xie Xinlian said, looking regretful.

The family reunion was joyful. When Zhu Shunyao returned and saw her daughter and son-in-law, she was even happier. Knowing Zhu Yanyi and Yan Aohan were going to the Tibetan region, she only reminded them to be careful on the road. She had nothing else to say.

Zhu Yanyi was a doctor. Free clinics were common for her. Zhu Shunyao would never block her future. So, besides telling them to take care, she said nothing more.

Zhu Yanyi and Yan Aohan stayed at the Zhu house for two days. Then they went to the Yan house, spending a day with Old Master Yan and the Madam.

The Madam sighed, "It is good to have a daughter-in-law. Yan Aohan comes back often. If she did not watch him, he might not return at all."

After leaving the Yan house, on the third day, they visited Elder Chun and others.

Some elders had retired. Even Elder Chun, though recovered, had suffered greatly. Zhu Yanyi advised her to rest more. So, except when necessary, Elder Chun no longer took students or taught martial arts.

If he wanted to practice boxing, he could stay at Wang Dali’s place for two days. Wang Dali’s martial arts school still had many people. He could also teach Wang Dali’s son.

After visiting everyone, Zhu Yanyi and Yan Aohan prepared to leave.

The free clinic team was organized in Beijing. They used chartered buses in the Tibetan region. Before taking the bus, they flew to a city near Tibet, then switched to buses to enter the region.

Zhu Yanyi and Yan Aohan did not act as doctors. They posed as staff members. Only a few people knew that the "Little Divine Doctor" and the "Beijing Venerable Yanluo" were in the team.

Once inside the Tibetan region, Zhu Yanyi and Yan Aohan quietly left the group. Their goal was to find the Madman’s laboratory.

"Did you really find the Madman’s lab?" Zhu Yanyi asked Yan Aohan, who was driving the jeep.

Yan Aohan nodded slightly. "Yes. But first, we must deliver the antidote to the Wu family. This road passes by them. Otherwise, I would have to plan a new route."

"The yurt ahead should be the Wula family," Zhu Yanyi said, seeing a large yurt nearby.

"The address seems correct," Yan Aohan said. He stepped on the gas and arrived at the yurt door quickly.

"Someone is coming out," Zhu Yanyi called from the entrance.

The yurt curtain opened. A middle-aged man stepped out. "Where do you two guests come from?"

"Hello, Uncle. We come from Beijing. Is this Uncle Wula’s home?" Zhu Yanyi asked with a smile. Wula’s real name was Wu Luo, but she changed it to Wula after coming to Tibet.

"I am Wula," the man said.

Zhu Yanyi nodded. She took a letter and a jade box from her backpack and handed them to Wula. "Mr. Wu Han asked me to bring these."

Wula’s eyes lit up. She took the letter and box, read the letter, and her attitude toward Zhu Yanyi changed. "So it is Miss Zhu and Mr. Yan. Please come in."

Wula pulled back the curtain and invited them inside.

The yurt was clean. No one else was there. Zhu Yanyi asked, "Uncle Wula, why are you alone?"

Wula smiled. "My son went herding. My wife went to pick wild chive flowers."

"I heard wild chive flower sauce from herding families is very fragrant," Zhu Yanyi said casually.

Wula served them milk tea and laughed. "If you like it, take some when you leave."

Zhu Yanyi nodded and drank a sip of the authentic milk tea. Then she said, "By the way, you can take the antidote now. One pill per person. I do not know how many people are here, so I prepared ten pills in this box. If it is not enough, tell me."

Since she promised to cure them, she would see it through. She gave clear instructions.

Wula nodded happily. "Okay. Miss and Mr. Yan, please sit. I will call people." He was excited and did not know what to do except call nearby clansmen.

"Okay," Zhu Yanyi and Yan Aohan said. They let Wula do her thing.

Wula left. Bored inside, Zhu Yanyi and Yan Aohan went out to see the green grass.

Yellow carpets quietly turned to green lawns. The ancient plain was silent, releasing autumn sounds. Horse hooves crushed the sunset. They lay singing by the敖包 (Obo), waiting for the moon.

The grassland scenery could not be described in simple words.

Life here might be hard. But people adapted to it might feel this was the happiest place.

Wula returned with a group of people. There were about twenty.

Wula walked to Zhu Yanyi. "Miss, I counted. There are twenty-one Wu family members here."

"Okay. I will give you eleven more portions," Zhu Yanyi said. She took two more boxes from her backpack and handed them to Wula. "Keep the extras. They might be useful someday."

"Thank you, Miss," Wula said. He did not hesitate. He distributed the antidotes.

The effect was slow. But after taking it, everyone felt a common sensation. Their bodies suddenly felt lighter. It seemed some strange things inside them were gone.

From this, they knew the antidote was real.

Because the poison was cleared, everyone was happy. To celebrate, someone started slaughtering sheep. They prepared local specialties to treat Zhu Yanyi and Yan Aohan well.

At night, when it got dark, bonfires were lit. They looked like stars in the sky, warming people’s hearts.

These rough men, dressed up, held horse-head fiddles. It seemed they held their mountains and sun and moon. With rough songs, they expressed their feelings.

"Miss Zhu, taste our hand-held mutton," Wula’s wife, Amuduo, said. She brought a large plate of mutton.

She also brought a large plate of wild chive flower sauce. "Wula said you wanted to try our wild chive flower sauce."
