Zhu Zhibin’s admission that he liked her meant he was truly serious. Zhu Yanyi nodded slightly, glancing at Zhu Shunyao.
Zhu Shunyao spoke casually, "Since that is the case, why didn't you bring her here? Your second sister is leaving soon. You should at least let her meet your sister before she goes."
Zhu Zhibin smiled faintly. "She is in her final year of high school, preparing for the college entrance exam. I haven't told her about my family background yet. I plan to bring her back after she takes the exam next year, so she can meet all of you."
Zhu Shunyao thought for a moment. "That works. But there is one rule: you are both young. Do not do foolish things. Especially when you cannot support a family on your own, do not get into messy relationships. Do you understand?"

"Exactly," Zhu Shunyao said seriously. "If you really did that, I would break your third leg."
The tone was so scary that Zhu Zhibin instinctively hugged his legs.
(⊙o⊙)… Zhu Zhibin stared blankly at Zhu Shunyao, muttering, "Now I understand who my second sister resembles. She is exactly like you, Father."
Zhu Shunyao chuckled. "My daughter should resemble me. Who else would she look like?"
"I don't know if she looks like a painting or a book, but she definitely looks like you," Zhu Zhibin said playfully, sticking out his tongue.
"Disrespectful," Zhu Yanyi said, patting Zhu Zhibin’s head again. "Sigh, Bean Sprout has grown too tall. It’s hard to pat his head now."
"It’s fine. Next time you want to pat him, I will lift you up, and then you can do it," Yan Aohan said with a smile.
Zhu Yanyi glared at Yan Aohan, but then laughed too.
"It is wonderful. A family happy together feels so good," Grandpa Yan said with a relieved expression.
Grandma Yan nodded seriously. "Fortunately, Yanyi is now considered our daughter-in-law. My heart is much more at ease. I was originally worried that Fourth Son would remain single forever."
Grandpa Yan also nodded. "I had stopped hoping. Since the eldest and others have already married, and I have grandchildren, I didn’t mind if he stayed single."
Grandma Yan looked at Xie Xinlian with gratitude. "Mother-in-law, thank you truly. If it weren’t for Yanyi, I would have worried that Fourth Son would become a lonely old man."
Xie Xinlian smiled. "It is their fate. If they didn’t have feelings for each other, we couldn’t force it even if we wanted to."
Zhu Yanyi laughed from the side. "Mother is right. It is my fate with Aohan. Most importantly, Aohan was willing to wait for me."
Yan Aohan smiled softly and handed a tomato to Zhu Yanyi. "Who else would I wait for? We are destined for each other."
The phrase "destined marriage" meant nothing to the others, but only Zhu Yanyi understood the deeper meaning behind Yan Aohan’s words.
"Ani is leaving tomorrow. We won’t see each other again for two and a half years. No matter whether you finish your studies or not, you must return. Your auspicious wedding date is set, so you absolutely cannot be absent. Do you understand?" Xie Xinlian instructed.
"I understand. Don’t worry, Mother. With my daughter’s ability, I will return very soon," Zhu Yanyi said with a smile.
Xie Xinlian was quite reassured by Zhu Yanyi. "I am just reminding you, so you don’t relax too much. Some things are very important, especially marriage. It concerns your whole life."

Yan Aohan understood Zhu Yanyi’s reasoning. "We will travel along the Great White Mountain. It is a natural pharmacy. Don’t worry if you lack any herbs later."

"Yes. Last night, a mine collapsed fifty kilometers from the Great White Mountain. If you go there now, you can help treat the injured," Yan Aohan said.
"Was it human error or fate?" Zhu Yanyi knew that some mine collapses were due to foremen cutting corners during construction. But if it were fate, why would it happen? She basically judged it to be human error.
Yan Aohan looked at Zhu Yanyi and slowly said, "Human error."
